Coverage
BICEEK Findhoo 200 is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, for products bought on biceek.com.
What's Covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- Battery compartment or connectivity issues from manufacturing defects.
What's Not Covered
- Accident, misuse, or unauthorized modification
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by installation that does not follow the Quick Start Guide
How to File a Claim
Email support@biceek.com with your order number or proof of purchase, a short description of the issue, and a few photos or a short video if you can.
Resolution
If your Findhoo 200 has a defect covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge. If a repair or replacement isn’t possible, or can’t be done within a reasonable time, you’re entitled to a price reduction or a full refund.
Shipping for Warranty Claims
For valid warranty claims, BICEEK covers shipping both ways. Please contact support@biceek.com before sending anything back, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
