Biceek App - Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your account and associated data from the Biceek App, please follow the steps outlined below.

Steps to Request Account Deletion:

  1. Log into your Biceek App account.
  2. Go to 'User Settings' on left top > 'Settings'.
  3. Click on the 'Delete' button.
  4. Confirm your request. Your account will be deleted.

Data Deletion Details:

Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • Profile Information (Name, Email, Contact Number)
  • E-bike GPS tracking data
  • Chat histories and logs

However, some data will be retained for legal and administrative purposes:

  • Purchase and transaction records (for a period of 7 years)
  • Support tickets and associated communication (for a period of 3 years)
