Biceek App - Account Deletion Request
If you wish to delete your account and associated data from the Biceek App, please follow the steps outlined below.
Steps to Request Account Deletion:
- Log into your Biceek App account.
- Go to 'User Settings' on left top > 'Settings'.
- Click on the 'Delete' button.
- Confirm your request. Your account will be deleted.
Data Deletion Details:
Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Profile Information (Name, Email, Contact Number)
- E-bike GPS tracking data
- Chat histories and logs
However, some data will be retained for legal and administrative purposes:
- Purchase and transaction records (for a period of 7 years)
- Support tickets and associated communication (for a period of 3 years)
